Detailed Day Wise Itinerary
Day 1: BERLIN (arrival, transfer transfer to hotel,
free time)
You will be met at the Berlin airport of your arrival and
transferred to your hotel. The remain day
is free for you to relax or venture out on your own in
the center of the city.
Day 2: BERLIN (city tour, lunch optional excursion to Potsdam)
We get up for breakfast and meet our tour manager who will escort you and will assist you
in every way possible for the duration of the tour. We will start with a half-day tour of
Berlin's historic center. Berlin, Germany's largest city and capital, is located in north-
easternern part of the country and is the center of the Berlin-Brandenburg Metropolitan
Area and on the European Plain. On our tour we will visit the most famous sights of the city
including the Brandenburg Gate, The Reichstag (German Parliament), Check-Point
Charlie, and the remains of the Berlin Wall. After the tour we will will sit down for a lunch at
Indian restaurant. For those with more energy, a optional excursion to Potsdam, the
residence of German royalty until the fall of the last Kaiser in 1918, is available. If not, your
afternoon is free.
Day 3: BERLIN - DRESDEN (sightseeing tour) -
PRAGUE (dinner)
After breakfast we will start our journey to Prague and
on the way we will make a stop in the beautiful city of
Dresden. In Dresden we will take a sightseeing tour and
time for lunch before we continue our trip to Prague,
the beautiful and historic capital of the Czech Republic
where we will check in and have dinner at an Indian
restaurant.
Day 4: PRAGUE (city tour, river cruise with lunch,
We will get up for breakfast, then take a half-day tour
of Prague's historic center. Prague is the heart of
Bohemia and is commonly acknowledged to be on of
the world's most beautiful cities. The highlights of our
tour will be the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and
Prague Castle. After our tour of the castle, we will
have lunch while on a cruise on the Vltava River. The
afternoon is free with an optional excursion to Kutna Hora including visit to an unique
ossarium.

Day 5: PRAGUE - CESKY KRUMLOV
After breakfast we head south to visit Cesky
Krumlov, a small town with a big castle and a
UNESCO heritage site for reasons that will become
apparent. Like Prague, it is a fairly tale setting, only
much smaller. After sightseeing and time for lunch,
we continue on to Austria and arrive in Vienna
and check-in to our hotel and have an Indian
dinner.

Day 6: VIENNA (city tour, lunch optional excursion to Mayerling & Vienna Woods )
We wake up in the imperial
capital of the Hapsburg's Austro
Hungarian empire to breakfast
and a half-day tour which
includes the huge Saint Stephen's
Cathedral and the Imperial
Schonbrunn Palace and the
Hofburg Palace, the
documented seat of government
since 1279. After the tour we will
share lunch at an Indian restaurant. Optional excursion to Mayerling and the Vienna
Woods in the afternoon is available.
Day 7: VIENNA - BRATISLAVA
(sightseeing tour) -BUDAPEST

After breakfast at the hotel we board our bus
for a ride to Bratislava, the capital of the Slovak
Republic. Slovakia had been part of the Austro-
Hungarian Empire until the aftermath of World
War I. It then merged with the Czech state to
form Czechoslovakia. The Czech and Slovak
parts of the country agreed to separate in 1993 in what was called the Velvet Divorce.
Bratislava, the largest city of Slovakia became the new state's capital. In Bratislava we will
take a tour and have time for lunch before we continue on to Hungary and arrive in
Budapest and check-in to our hotel. At the end of the day we will gather for an Indian
dinner.
Day 8: BUDAPEST (city tour, lunch optional
We wake up to breakfast followed by a city tour of
Budapest. Budapest is actually two cities, Buda and
Pest which were unified in 1873 as Budapest. We will
visit Buda castle, the Fisherman's Bastion, the stately
neo-Gothic parliament building. After the tour it will
be time to relax and have lunch at an Indian
restaurant. The afternoon will be free with an option
for a visit / treatment / in the famous Szechenyi
Thermal Bath.

Day 9: BUDAPEST (free time, transfer to airport, departure)
After breakfast we will complete our trip and go to the Airport for our flight. We are
confident that the memories of what you saw and experienced of the remarkable
Imperial Capitals of Central Europe will be unforgettable.
